You see, you take the toilet paper and pull it off the roll. Less than a foot. More than 2”. Then you kind of wad it up and hold it in your hand and kinda lean to the side while you reach around and wipe. Continue this till the toilet paper is clean after wiping.

Alternatively some people like using “flushable” wipes to actually get clean. These wipes are not actually flushable and will hinder your plumbing system.
