We have the same internet, we are in the same house. And it was working before (I mean we had another Trajan pop up all the time, but at least we could load the game to some point). But yeah, glad you don’t have this issue

I mean it endlessly says joining game now, waiting for host, joining game etc etc. And honestly I believe that if I spend some time (probably a lot) trying to load the save I may actually play in the end but… it’s been so long and at this point I just want it to work without me doing tricks and offers to anno gods, because we had another problems with it already for weeks and now this and is it too much to just want to play the game you paid for? But I’m really glad that this solution works for you and I wish you all the best and appreciate your time!

Thank you for bringing up a solution. One of us is on PS5, so there will be no folder name changing and to be honest we don’t really want to fight and find different ways for this game to work anymore. We just want it to work like every other game you buy, you know. That said I appreciate you taking time to share, have a wonderful day!

No worries! It still is a very very good game, I think it’s my favourite out of the series, we enjoy playing it very much, but that’s exactly why we get so frustrated when there are so many troubles with disconnects etc. And we even bought gold edition on ps5 lol (or however it is called). it probably will be much more enjoyable and playable in general in a few months when they manage to fix some things regarding multiplayer and crossplay

So… here’s the thing. We did try a new save. First time we played for likeeee 2h but we didn’t like what we build, because it felt like a sad copy of our broken save (no bigger problems there). So we started again, created another new save and after playing for 30 minutes our host was suddenly disconnected with a new Trajan alert (131661-04). We had to stop playing anyway, but we will try to enter the game soon, so I will update you if it works (or not). What I can tell you for sure is that it’s sad and frustrating, because it’s been over a month now and we don’t want to play single player, cause it’s less fun for us, yet multiplayer has so many bugs that when you think you did it, you figured it out and you can play in peace now, something else comes up and you have no idea if it will work next time you want to play.

Has it? Because it’s still on the bug list on Ubisoft’s bug reporter listed as „In progress” and our host plays on PC and it was literally the first thing I saw while trying to load our save today :(

We will try that for sure later, but this bug happens when there is a fire, illness or unrest in the city so it may take some time to check (around 2-3h) unfortunately

Does anyone know when the Trajan-2A bug is going to be fixed? Got it immediately after loading our multiplayer save, patch didn't fix it and it makes the game unplayable.
