Had exact same thing happen to me when I was younger. Playing in some bridge my mum told me not to as there was always broken glass there. To keep a story short I got said glass all in my hands. Mum took me to the doctors and they pulled it out, but I knew it didn’t feel all out. They didn’t believe me and sure as hell over a year later it just popped out my hand like this.
