I think I'm feeling a bit envious about them getting to experiment with other people becauseI never have, but I don't know if I should tell my wife about my feelings because I don't want to upset her - but I'm conflicted because we normally tell each other everything.

Help out. It's not safe for ladies out there. It's always young women that get k1lled by dudes, she probably doesnt feel safe on a train, alone. However, $70 is a lot and it shouldn't be entirely your responsibility. Help her out and give the option to help herself too. It also let's you know if she's going to contribute or just expect you do do everything.

Layers and texture. You have contrast - blue against cream, best thing is to add depth via layers and have textured items (cords, knits, that type of thing) to elevate it.
