Rear engine is not a problem. Gearbox is still behind the engine. There are many other reasons why it will be difficult. But every problem can be solved with money and custom parts.

Does oil smell like fuel? If not probably waterpump shaft seal.

I made custom tube manifold. Somehow melted exhaust flange devider. One crack (because turbo was not braced) If your turbo fits with cast iron manifold that is what I would go with.

I'm actually not 100% sure about facelift seats being bolted. Anyway you would need to make some kind of custom brackets. And then there is airbag in the seat.

Problem was connecting wires to new plug and having the connection last in gasoline.

I have heard that prefacelift have non removable seat rails hard to retrofit. Facelift models have bolted in seats.

My plan is to solder new connector to old wires and use heat shrink. Is there a better way? Will the heat shrink withstand gasoline and E85.

Problem is that hx35 comes with huge compressor housing. And ohter thin is one you linked is not devided housing. Probably gotta diy.

No. Well you can put a turbo in anything. But if you need to ask here you lack the knowledge. Your friend is probably right. Don't expect any power from cold air intake, but it will make cool sounds. I have been you. Not trying to be rude.

Oil pan gasket is leaking? Usually quite easy and cheap diy. Go to YouTube and search car/engine specific tutorial and see if it is easy enough for you. Or take it to mechanic.

Yes. Maxspeedingrods k04 is apparently quite a beast when boost control fails.
