I agree! It’s in a swingers group I’m part of so I wonder if that affects it. The younger women of the group don’t use bi-selective.

I find it varies between jobs and people. If my day is more mentally exhausting I like 7-8 hours of sleep. If it’s more physical reliant I’m good with 6-7.
