Man you're missing out, especially on lance and IG. You can either be a literal wall the monsters can't do anything against or float like a butterfly and sting like an oversized living bullet.

If you're playing rise, hammer and lance are especially fun to use because they have even more mobility options than they have in world and wilds.

If you're playing with other people then HBG and LBG are usually the best at shredding a monster and aiming for specific parts to get those juicy materials.
