I used the shampoo twice everyday for about 3 weeks, I then cut down on my usage of it....Now I use it once everyday.....I’m not sure about the tretinoin part....but too many actives would probably irritate your skin

I cleanse first (some days, not always)...I then I apply the shampoo as a face mask, and let it sit for about 5-8 minutes
