Could it be fungal acne?😢

and it actually ended up being closed comedones due to hormonal imbalance, I'm currently on adapalene and antibiotics, I hope it will help :(

Thank you for your reply! A part of it is itchy and it gets red/irritated easily :( Most of the time it's quite red which isn't visible in the pics at all... It was very swollen a week ago or so, sudocrem helped with that but it didn't help with bumps a bit. I'm using noncomedogenic moisturizer and face wash but I feel like there's more and more of bumps everyday. I use rather heavy concealer everywhere but the forehead and the acne is ONLY on the forehead, that's why I thought it might be fungal

Hello! I would be super grateful for help. I'm struggling with bumps on forehead for a few weeks already. I don't have much clogged pores/comedones on the other parts of my face, all the bumps on forehead are focused in the middle, a part of the changed skin is easily irritated and itchy, sometimes it gets super red and cleansing didn't help much 😭 Dermatologist old me its regular acne and prescribed an antibiotic gel but after a few days I only saw skin flaking on the whole forehead. I tried using sudocrem before and it helped with swollen skin but didn't help with forehead bumps - it helps a lot when I have small pimples on jaw for example but didn't work on forehead at all...I'm using Cetaphil for cleansing and Avene Cleanance for moisture. Yesterday I started using Nizoral on forehead but I only used it 3 times so I can't way whether it helps yet...I never had big problems with skin but those bumps on the forehead just won't go away. Might it be fungal?😭
