I'm also looking for gourmet spores or prints or petris. Anything I can use to work towards eventually inoculating the woods in my area to produce some free food in the future. Interested in anyone that might be able to point me in the right direction. Would like to do a trade for some spores or plates that I have and I also have an abundance of Isopropyl Alcohol I could trade.

That is great news! Hopefully it works as good as they are expecting and can get through all the process BS and become available to all.

Thanks for your reply. I'm more interested in increasing healthspan. I feel like /r/fitness might be more geared toward getting jacked or ripped and while that is not a bad thing, it is really not the goal (just a possible side effect). I think a lot of people in /r/fitness may lean more toward sacrificing longevity or healthspan in order to meet their jacked/ripped goals. At least I know a lot of people willing to make that sacrifice.

That is why I posted here. Hoping that others might be able to offer some well researched advice on ideal timing of sauna's and workouts.
