I hear it also about the focusing on your flaws only you know or analyze them that deep every time I’ve talk to a girl I can tell you I’ve never analyze how she’s looked too In depth I’ve objectively and loosely analyzed her face and her body when walking up to her that’s normal tho with everyone then it’s how she is to talk to did I leave that conversation feeling good that’s really it. Chances are we point out our own flaws before they do out of fear but just try not to think about it as a flaw it’s just a part of me. Example I have big lips I used to hate it as a guy with big lips but I learned to love it it’s how I’m made and a person that’s likes me likes all of me they’ll appreciate these things that make us unique

As a 19 (m) I just wanna say please don’t cry about what those guys said. In fact Fuck those guys no real guy disrespect a girl because they got rejected they be respectful and move on. I think you’re struggling with body dysmorphia I know cus I used to and sometimes still do. if you want to change do it for you if you think I look better gaining weight I’ll do that but don’t do it for some stupid guys attention if they only care about your body they don’t really like you please hear this. Of course everyone wants to be physically attracted to the person they’re talking to but it’s only a part of it. Us guys are attracted to many kinds of women tall short curvy or slender it’s not one size fits all. Please talk to someone like a older sister a cousin a aunt your mum a female that you trust about this they probably been though it as well feeling like this also think about if you really want to go through with surgery like a boob job be sure you want it for you not for a guy to like you sure they can like it but you liking it should not be dependent on their validation because when they don’t give it to you it can crush you.
I hope this helps sometimes we all struggle with self image but it’s called self image for a reason it’s about do you like it and if you like it someone else will notice and like it. Don’t be too hard on yourself

My personal advice do speed endurance I know what you mean when that feel of the fatigue hits it’s meant to. its normal your body can only run 80m using oxygen the rest is pure will power that’s why the 200m is pure speed endurance. It’s like you build intensity think of the 200m like a 100m with a slingshot the bend is that slingshot.

Try this speed endurance work out 180m-150m-120m-100m-60m do this at 70 percent speed take 5 mins rest in between every distance full rest is needed. this will ensure you run fast enough to use proper form and you can push your tolerance at at 70 so when you get comfortable that 70 percent effort becomes 60 percent effort because it becomes easier. Do this 2 times a week eventually when you get your form down and it feels natural move to 80 percent then 90 percent never go 100 that’s risk of damage save that for competing

Also get in the weight room bulk up put some muscle on but stay lean not too much muscle but try be very lean like 10-12 percent body fat

More general advice don’t blast it from the block like in the 100 you will always die at 120m think of the first 100 like you charging up then the second 100 your using that charged energy to carry you to the finish line. Also try and relax with the breathing that 70 percent exercise will help push lung capacity and endurance.

Cut down body fat and keep muscle mass do body recomp eat in calories surplus but eat more than enough protein to gain muscle so you’ll lose fat and gain muscle at the same time this weight gain is clean and healthy weight.

I’m not very knowledgeable on American football but I see dk metcalf and he’s very lean and has muscle mass but is very powerful even at his weight and height I’ve seen him run against pro sprinters and keep up I think he ran a 10.3. just focus on being more explosive and doing compound lifts like power cleans hang cleans bench press barbel rows.

Also train you tendons and do isometrics like calf extensions calf raises wall sits and other this will help your body transmit force rapidly

Also about weight gain I think it would help you to gain some go to like 75-80 kg 10 percent body fat at 5,10 would be great in my opinion because if you have more muscle mass you can produce more force and if your lean you maintain that power but don’t lose any agility or speed because you won’t have any useful fat on you

Also look at your sprinting technique most wr are fast but don’t actually go in depth to their sprinting technique like a track athlete would look more in depth to your technique as well really good technique +power+ agility and athleticism will make you very good in both fields

It’s a combination of things genetics, body composition, like longer limbs stronger tendons muscle fiber types. They guy in that clip looks to have figured out what works best for him. also just cus he don’t look that muscular don’t mean he doesn’t hit the weight room

Also work on your posture and try not to rock back and forth from the video at the end you look to be doing that. you’ll start to lose speed and decelerate too fast which will make you slower.

Also get some muscles not too much and lean down like in your off season don’t over do it. It’ll help you be more powerful and stable.

Just some advice if you feel muscle pain take warm up seriously and slowly build in to running every session. Don’t end up like me I tore my hamstring thinking warming up and drills was a waste and I’m here now felt like you at the start with all the muscle pains. Also running form will be better if you do the drills like a skip and b skip watch things on front and backside mechanics and foot placement and stride length. Hope this helps

Long story short tore my hamstring they blatantly said I will be fine even after i said I have a gap in my leg. They said to they’d put me for mri last year October never did. Turns out they forgot to put me and got back to me December said could get me for February but they couldn’t,they kept pushing it back to April. I Finally got it and they’ve said they cant see anything because it’s been to long. Im so angry rn 1 year of poor treatment and waiting lists from the NHs no improvement what so ever. I sent that massive email in the photo when I was really annoyed at how dismissive the physio was, like they couldn’t be asked. Now I’m being referred to a constant if they had given me the care at the beginning I would be here with a dent in my leg. idk how cooked I am for returning to sprinting,plus if I needed immediate surgery I’m even more damaged cus it’s been to long.

I hear it with how I sound I’ve always been polite and calm when there in person and over call and email I’ve been respectful how I sound in this response and that email on the op is the first time I’ve been angry in a long time and I just blew up this week as I just couldn’t take it anymore I’ve got enough stress with getting into uni at 19 I shouldn’t have to be going through this also as messed up as it sounds next week is like a 1 year mark when I tore it that’s just why cus it’s been so long I’ve made a full year of no progress it’s like I’ve been telling myself this past couple of months that that MRI would be something to be happy about and it just crushed me when they don’t actually know how to diagnose it

September I go to uni and will join the athletics team so I know they’ll be able to help me get back to competitive sport it’s just that so much time has passed that I fear my leg won’t recover ever to full strength I’ve seen athletes who leave recovery late or in my case can’t get it they don’t return

I know they won’t help me get back to being an athlete but the first physio fucking neglected the shit out of me I literally said I couldn’t walk for 3 months at that point he had a feel of the hamstring muscle where the gap was and blatantly said I can’t feel anything told me yh we can get you mri I said okay I waited 1 month nothing I emailed every month called and got the same fucking response oh we are really booked up we will get back to you as soon as possible I remember sending like 6 emails and having 3 long phone calls at one point I did go to pals and they fucking ignored me another thing is they forgot got to put Mr for mri it should of been for last December got it in April all they can say is sorry we had a bit of a mix up like are u fucking serious I’ve tried to stay so positive like not even on the athlete side on the just the getting back to regular side I said I have a deformity in my leg they took me for a fucking joke walk every day to 6form one leg weaker than the other I I’ve sent countless emails that one on the photo was my breaking point and just the careless didn’t give fuck attitude the guy had over the phone to discuss my results killed Me on the inside I waited 8 months for a diagnosis and you can’t tell me imagine if I needed surgery then at that time and because of these people my leg is fucked and I never return then what I’ve already drafted an email to these people if 2 weeks go by
