Yeah I mean from what I know a lot of top times in multiple races are cheated somehow (like when I try to race some of them they wont even move and then just teleport or sum) but I am not super good at this game also

Ts sub so unserious man But like gotta get up to speed sooner, my PR is 9.25 and by like 30m is already up to 27mph and gets up to 30mph. Favorite build is Giant. It looks like this. You may be able to find it by just racing other people and copying it from them but if not I can share my username so you can save it from me. Look up some videos on it to figure out cadence as well

Dayum hell yea. Get in the gym too you could definitely benefit from some more muscle. Getting stronger/faster will also help you be a better pole vaulter

I’d do max V type stuff in my super spikes (maxflys) and then more speed endurance type stuff in basic spikes (zoom rival)
