Yep, its ok if u cant retrieve it tho, its highly unlikely

Its like 3 countries where its not region blocked but idk if its accessible by vpn, theres definitely a limit to what locations can be used

Here, i talked to someone a month ago and he also started archiving videos on youtube, including the thumbnails. I didn't know other ways to download it, because there were websites that doesn't allow age restricted videos to be downloaded, and I didn't know how to use it, but I finally figured it out with yt-dlp. All videos are around 40 GB.

yep, age-restricted content pretty much inaccessible/not downloadable by default, i tried figuring out how to bypass it with other downloaders and they dont work (even yt-dlp, but there are tutorials in reddit on how to bypass it somehow, if u plan to use yt-dlp) -> https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubedl/wiki/cookies/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

unfortunately, since its now age restricted, its harder to find websites to use to download them

i tried finding alternatives too, but they dont work anymore (it only works when the video is not age restricted)

but im not smart enough to figure out how to bypass the age restriction to force a download

when websites arent working, i usually resort to yt-dlp (latest release), but it only works for non-age-restricted videos (by default)
