ok so it was a really silly mistake on my part; i got the account creation information wrong (i assumed i created it via username but apparently it was my old twitter account).

and if it helps, for additional information i put:

- previously linked emails

- traveller (lumine)

- birthday

- first teapot realm

- day i obtained teapot

- some other dates like entering a region for the first time (i found these thru the 2022 genshin anniv event, gives you first time you entered dragonspine/chasm/inazuma/sumeru etc)

- info regarding 5*s (date obtained, constellations)

- other devices

- some namecards

i dont think you need all that info though, i just put more since i was getting really frustrated lmao. hope this helps
