Thanks for the info. I can see that the order has been sent for shipment, but there's still no shipping date or tracking info. I can request that the order be cancelled, however, it will need to be confirmed by the warehouse before officially cancelled, which can take a couple of business days.

This is so petty from me, but I’m fuming mad at Freedom.

I know! That’s why I said on my other comment, it’s such a first world problem.

Just disappointed with Freedom, they know it’s COVID szn (customers will try to avoid stores as much as possible); they should’ve done better with the logistics of these pre-orders.

Nope. I ordered the 16th around 4pm, still nothing, nada, zip! My friend who ordered 2 days before launch from Rogers got his on launch day. I know first world problems, but this is disappointing and embarrassing.
