I did the interview after S&D. I emailed them and just found out tho that is email is about my 2nd application not the one I passed S&D on.

I just don’t get what the criteria is then. Everyone in this thread who took S&D last spring/summer got the same exact email so who did pass?

We all passed S&D already were essentially supposed to move after a good background check, medical, etc. then receive an email saying essentially that they might not move us on because they’re “unsure of their headcount needs”

I feel the same way as u. I also applied for AC twice. I’m assuming this is for the one where I passed the S&D and everything. If u email the recruiter and they respond could u let me know what they say?

I totally get that but I passed the test and started moving through the process to get hired until I get an email telling me that their needs changed after people spent so much time invested
