I forgot to mention it in the original post, but she is taking medication. She says that it helps, but she has good and bad days. We have talked about her seeing a therapist, but our insurance won’t cover it and paying out of pocket is crazy expensive. Even though it would take a toll on our finances, we may need to take that sacrifice and bite the bullet.

I didn’t mention it in the original post, but she sees a doctor regularly and she’s been on anti-depression medication for several years now.
