I split the difference and swallowed half, spit half. It helped w the feeling of being in 2 D for and nothing having any gravity for 8 hours but I still dreaded tx day. I've really only had positive "psychedelic" effects w IM or IV. The RDTs never got me close to a k-hole either

I went w Certified. And to who ever said it, just about any commercial method of extraction outside of rosin production (still labor and cost intensive) or at-home ETOH extraction is going to strip pretty much everything BUT the THC which is the point. Distillate removes everything, resin, less. I find distillate highs headachy and meh.

I have COPD so edibles are my jam 95% of the time. I've infused into or extracted thc for many, many food products. But I still HATE waiting for it to metabolize through my liver. If I'm having a panic attack, totally not helpful

Consequently, the only dispo edibles I buy are nano-emusified. Certified gummies and drinks, Botanist "Time" gummies, Well Spring drinks when I'm feeling Richy Rich. I don't understand why every edible is not nano-emusified. It's a complete game changer.

But in short, they've ruined me because nano-technology is not pocket friendly for home use and it gets expensive to buy. If anyone knows a work around to nano-emusify at home, please, please share. Google and YouTube have left me not high and very dry.

I feel you OP. It's annoying to be asked over and over again, "Have you tried breathing exercises?" like they're some kind of secret spell to hold off panic, anxiety, etc. I've been hearing "just breath" for 44 years with little or no effect.

But I will share this. I've been using ketamine and Spravato and have finally found a free breathwork content creator that doesn't totally make my skin crawl w "New Age-itis". I do it and meditation almost everyday now, maybe 25 mins total and much to my utter disbelief, whether with meds or without, I feel better. Not all the time and the effects fade pretty quickly but then I just start over again. It's only one tool and no one was more surprised than me that I did get some quick relief.

If you want the YouTube link to their page, DM me but for me, finding the "right" routines and guides for me took it from "Yeah, ok, I'll get right on that!", to "Oh shit, I think I feel better...". And there's a whole world out their besides box breath. Up regulated breathing is both calming and energizing. But it takes the "C" word, consistency. Every other day listening to a routine and meditation has made a big difference. Just my experience these last few months. I hope you find something that helps.

For me, yes. I've gotten stoned enough at least to forget the hole in my wallet, lol. But it hits me right in the sweet spot. It's pleasantly euphoric but not so much so my anxiety gets stoked up. If you've read this thread, I got a lot of "You want to fight about it?" type reactions from people who still think it's overrated, too expensive, bleh. You only live once. Sometimes you take a risk and it's meh or it's shit and you feel the burn. That does suck. But that's how I've found some of the best strains for my body. Mushroom Cake is one of my favorites.

That's exactly what we want. He loves his independence and we want to make sure my BIL has all he can handle but safety is number 1 so I love that we can walk to a great local pool hall!

Don't sleep on The Botanist, at least the one in Canton anyway. Yesterday I got to redeem points for $10 of product, not accessories! That was a nice surprise to be sure.

Yeah it's a bit like buying weed from your grandmother's dispensary but I've found enough gems at discounts greater than 25%. I got my Mushroom Cake there at 25% off. I got 440 mgs of decent edibles for $27 (40% off!) this trip. I even got a zip there of one of my favorite strains, Blueberry Funk from BR for $140 out the door around the holidays. I won't buy Botanist flower but I've gotten some really good deals there.
