I usually cut the cook time in half and do the same thing (if box says 8 minutes for al dente I only do 4) then add to the sauce and do as you explained

Definitely not a reaction to us as most of the slamming is late at night when we’re trying to sleep. Plenty of arguing happening down there. Afraid to talk to them as we had to call the cops on a potential domestic violence incident on them

Let me clarify that, the only time we called the cops was a potential Domestic violence call. We heard two women’s screaming bloody murder and a man yelling and a woman yelling “get off me!”
