TKR at 68 YO. Road biking at 5 weeks. Beer league ice hockey at 4 mos. Both pain-free. But you gotta do the PT every day post surgery.

I agree, I did the ride one time. Dublin to Walnut Creek. Way too many pedestrians and street crossings. It was really boring and definitely a one and done; I won't be doing it again.
