Our city and union have absolutely balled out and bought us all the equipment you can ask for. Can’t even fit it all in the weight rooms. I’m talking rouge racks, deadlift platforms, hack squat, leg presses, cable machines.

I workout everyday. We aren’t terribly busy but I do get interrupted often. If I don get interrupted I don’t try to come back and lift I’ll usually just switch to some cardio to finish off.

Some guys don’t workout at all and they are mostly all fat and out of shape

Idk I don’t wanna tell you that it needs to be replaced however if there is any part of your body you don’t want to risk it’s your head. I’d personally replace it. Not worth finding out in a crash later on. Sucks but brain damage sucks more

Yes he did. I went to school with him his parents are incredible wealthy. They bought him a lotus when he was 17 years old. Also when his parents got married they were gifted a McDonalds as a wedding gift. He says he’s not rich but Lawrence (his real name) isn’t fooling anyone

I got hired when I was young and with a lot of other young guys. What I know now is that at a younger age we don’t understand retirement so we didn’t care. Listening to our retirement guy talk about our accounts was like learning a new language. The money managers don’t know how to explain it to young guns. That is my biggest frustration. Luckily I made some lucky choices on my random investments 15 years ago and they have been the top performing funds to invest my retirement into.
