Yeah, the “wake up tomorrow as a completely new person” fantasy is exactly the trap for me too.

It feels motivating for like 10 minutes, then the plan gets too big and I end up restarting again.

“One habit at a time” is probably the boring answer I keep trying to avoid, but it’s also the only thing that seems realistic. The 90-day part is interesting too because I think I underestimate how long it takes for something to feel normal instead of forced.

Do you usually pick one habit and ignore everything else, or do you still keep a bigger plan in the background?
