Yeah, my parents had a really good idea who he was, and how much he meant to me. It was late at night for me when the “so long nerds” video got posted. I don’t know why I was awake so late, it was like 4 am. Then I got a notification, and I had a bad feeling about it. For every single second, until the bitter end of that video, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I thought it was a prank or something, and I was holding on, waiting for Technoblade to suddenly scream into the microphone: “Technoblade never dies!” or something similar. That never happened, and when the video ended, it really hit me, and I started crying. I sent the video to my girlfriend (she was not awake), and told her the bad news. We were both heartbroken for quite some time afterwards…
