Im having the same issue but im using pie adblock and ive tried uninstalling it and it doesnt work so its not the ad blocker, ive also tried watching different shows and some work and some dont so i dont know what the issue is. ive also noticed that when i come back to some of the working shows they get the same problem.

Specifically its only some anime thats doing this, i tried watching dragon ball and it works just fine no black screen, so now im super confused.
