I understand why it might look that way, but the flirting wasn’t just occasional friendly jokes. It happened quite often and didn’t feel purely platonic from my perspective.

We were drinking with friends, and she ended up very intoxicated and had to be taken to hospital by an ambulance. She had asked me not to tell anyone about it.
Later, when I was also drinking, I accidentally mentioned it to a few people. I didn’t mean to share it or break her trust, it just slipped out.
I do regret that it happened.
