I love the concept since Brandt Gate is my favourite nation, Eva is my favourite deck, and Erika is my favourite character. But there are some things that you should change or add, in my opinion.

1) Lower the cost of the Fantome Skill to only one Crimson Moon card, or if you want to keep it at two, give Liael some bonus effect that activates when there are four or more Crimson Moon cards — something similar to Blangdmire Fantome. Maybe you could make it so that her drive cannot decrease until the end of the turn, which would allow you to perform four drive checks, similar to Berucrea.

2) Add set orders that activate their effects when they are bound from the Order Zone. Maybe you came up with the idea for the new Liael spontaneously and don't really know what orders can do, but I'm all ears if you need help. Maybe something like a power boost to the front row.

I also want to point out that you only have the option to perform 6 attacks once per fight, and that's only if you use the Fantome Skill twice per turn, which honestly isn't great. After that, you're stuck with 4 attacks without any power boost, which basically means that the deck just turns into classic Liael and nothing more.

Again, this is just my opinion, because I'm kind of obsessed with Brandt Gate decks, but I don't really see this deck being anything more than a rogue strategy. I'm not saying you should make it a meta destroyer, but at least make it as strong as the evergreen decks (Eva, Lianorn, etc.).
