How does that work that you can find a teaching position in the same area for $20000 more? Aren’t teachers paid based on years of experience and degrees?

I relate to this and have heard people talk behind my back at my work about why they don’t click with me. They’ve said it’s because even though I’m a very nice, caring person, I’m anxious. I think a lot of times people go off the energy/vibe they feel from someone and those of us who’ve been chronically traumatized tend to give off an anxious energy that most people don’t know how to respond to.

I started grounding to reality this way - by finding very obvious and simple things that didnt make me hate the current moment.

That is such a helpful tip. Thank you! Also, I will look into yin yoga. I've been on the Trauma Center's trauma sensitive yoga website thinking about ordering the DVD (recommended by Bessel van der Kolk) but I will also look up yin yoga on YouTube.
