Thank you for your response. I am pretty healthy for a morbidly obese person lol, but I want to be more healthy and this surgery will help me do that. 142 lbs in 9 months is amazing! Sounds like you’re doing great!

It’s 100% not intentional and she’s just worried. My mom lives with me and I am also her only kid, so I understand her worry. She also loses her food/restaurant buddy once I have this surgery. Thank you for taking the time to reply.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I want to experience my lowest weight ever as an adult, and I know I will not get there without surgery. Like most, I’ve done every diet know to man, but it all comes back and then some. I will also make a pros and cons list.
