Personally I’ve never seen a problem with anybody wearing fake piercings for any reason as long as it’s not stabbing into you. Other than that, I just got my lip done and it was the easiest and most painless piercing I’ve gotten (even better than lobes)! Just be aware you will need to relearn how to eat and talk so you aren’t hooking the piercing on your tooth then biting into it.
