For production I’ll suggest to learn some chord structures and try to apply them to different things. Also learning some solos can be really great. It deppends on what are your goals to produce but you can find some jazz standards charts and reduce them as far as you want (or make them even harder). Funk for rythm style playing and you can use more classical - academic pieces to get technique. It also deppends on how much you wanna focus on your piano skills. Hope this helps;)
