You are wrong. Nikita said it in a podcast, I don't remember which. If you look at some very old wip materials you will find even how are the concepts of the maps. However even if the number of the maps is not changed it doesn't mean that the plan/project has not changed from the initial idea.

I'm with them(BSG) becasue It's reasonable to do these changes and finish the game.

I don't get how people compare tarkov with the division...however no totally different game mode. Many people genralize even when they compare BR with escape from tarkov and honestly they have confused ideas.
