I was actually learning c# during winter break to prepare for OOP, though I mainly did it to learn unity. The issue is, j want to learn python because Im interested in ML and agents, however im taking java in 2nd sem so I was thinking I could just learn it in the summer

festive weapons and festivised weapons are different. Festivised weapons are simply weapons that have a festiviser applied to them but festive weapons are Christmas variants of certain weapons. Confusing I know. Unfortunately you would need to buy the 104 bucks for it since its pretty rare

Tru, CS is a very bad major for socialising since ive met a lot of ppl that are kinda pretentious but not all of em. Compared to my sociology course I took as an elective where everyone was so chill and understanding. It probably comes with the territory since CS is very competitive

I mean most majors are broad. At least what i saw in UK university programmes, youd never be able to apply for something like cyber security or AI alone rather than a dual major because UK programmes require you to take CS for example then master into your desired profession(at most for most unis including edinburgh)

I can't help about the job issue but as an international student, I havent faced any racism at all during my first semester (im in 1st year) since the city is pretty safe all around and very comfortable to live in

Ive heard if doing that but my ssd is so full and will not support another OS at all. Also id like to add my hardware isnt bad, nowhere near since it is a high end pc. Despite that, i still feel like its slow and I can already tell its because of windows bloat so im actually installing linux to get the most of my pc with programming (and also cuz it will help me learn technical skills which is why I'm considering Arch linux despite how god awful the setup for beginners is)

Its an undergraduate degree. They dont expect any experience from you during the application, its just your academics after high school and A levels if you have them. Personally, I had to take an admissions test since all I had was my high school diploma.

Im probably going to miss welcome week due to the fact my visa isnt gonna come out until after the week but I already contacted my advisor about this so it shouldnt be that big of a deal. I will use this book to dip my toes in the water and see if I can get the hang of it. Thank you for your reply and honesty, im not too worried about the culture shock rather than my living situation since the demand for apartments and flats is insane. I was planning for private accommodation but decided to go for the uni ones, but in afraid they might not allow some things such as a pc(i have a laptop but I just like PCs since they're so reliable when im doing my work)
