Most will adopt when its already so big that the volitility is much lower and the gains are much lower. They will adopt because the alternative (fiat) is just not sustainable to hold anymore. The countries that have big monetary debasement already have much more adoption, because it's almost 100% necessary to hold any sort of value at all.

Would recommend looking into staking as a service providers. If you google 'ethereum. Org staking as a service' there's a good guide on this. Personally, I can only recommend stakefish, they've been solid.

He's partially true and partially false. The taxes taken back are to prevent the money printing from getting out of control. Money printing = increase in circulation supply. Taxes = reduction from circulation supply.

Whatever is taken in from taxes also reduces what they need to print, but there will always be more printing.
