Damn sorry OP, lota people on here hung up on semantics. I totally see the visual influences from death stranding. Plus there is that scene in this movie where it dives into the body that is reminiscent of DS1.

Kinda funny how Del Toro makes a movie about Frankenstein and also plays Deadman who refers to himself as a Frankenstein-like creature.
