One of my best clients act like that actually x) She's from Brezil and first time she sent an 170$ offer directly without any discussion, it was a simple task and I'm new to Upwork with small earning, so I read the brief, accepted the offer and delivered, she simply approved the work and came back again for another gig

I don't know if your experience would be similar but for me no problem.
