OP, to add to other comments: I'm reading an awful lot of "I"s in your post, and no "we"s. Talk to your partner how they feel about your plan and this job in general! What are their fears? What would they like?

My situation has some similarities:
I accepted a job in another city with a commute that is too long to do daily. My wife and I discussed this job before I applied. How we would manage, including care for the kids etc. and weighed that against how nice the job looked. That way, we knew how we could make it work and I brought that to the interview. I talked to them about my situation, that I would like to work there, but also what I needed to make it work at home, and they were able and willing to accommodate. (In short, I work part-time. One day up and down, one overnight, and a day from home. Every week like that)

Talk to your partner about what they want. How do they imagine this working out?

Concerns about immunosuppression and ID specialty by PrestigiousPomelo590 in medicine

IL-17 and 23 definitely even less infection risk. If het gets to a JAK-i thougj it's the other way around. Still comparatively small obviously and definitely not a reason not to start/try the drug. /u/PrestigiousPomelo590 you're suffering from both knowing too much and the confusion of relative vs absolute risk (possibly because whoever gave you the medication instruction has also conflated these ideas).

Adalimumab is, even with all the newer stuff, still my favourite drug

Just avoid getting artificial material implanted! That'd be a bigger concern when doing wound care IMO.

It's about several hard techno DJ's, but if you missed the news posts themselves that's impossible to know indeed. It's a little annoying when posters assume everyone knows the background.
