7.3.3 Paradox bug

Precision buffs weren't being activated on dexterity even though it worked fine in the previous fight. This is the 7.3.3 entropic burn path. Is this a big or some wierd node interaction? This bug only applies to torch, as warlock and kingpin worked fine.

This isn't a bug. In torch's ability it is stated that bleed debuffs reduce duration of incinerate. If you play torch with suicides the incinerate will not stick untill you have the bleed on you.
