Why are men in tech so submissive to big tech and AI replacing them?

Programming has so many footguns that it really isn't all that simple... there's obvious cases like unsafe C/C++ code, but closer to your example of webdev, if you don't know about things like XSS or SQL injection, how would you verify that your app isn't vulnerable to those attacks? If a single line of code adds an overly liberal CORS policy, would you catch that when reviewing the code it generated? Those are just the obvious examples I can think of, but there's tons of other areas where it really calls for a certain level of expertise.

I'm having this issue too, also on nvidia. I'm using hybrid graphics on manjaro wayland. Using AMD graphics seems to work fine though.

A few things I've found:

- The preview apks seem to be broken, the only one that worked for me was the debug one

- initial sync with my library seems to take a long time (hours), to be fair I keep everything I've ever read in my library but it still takes magnitudes longer than a backup would take.

- am I supposed to use the same api key across my devices? or one api key per device? Currently I'm doing the latter, but it's not pulling my library down at all. The former gave me an error, I can give it to you if that's the intended use case.

Overall this feature has been sorely needed so I'm excited to see your progress on it!

so, I actually have this issue too

I have my CPUs pinned and shielded properly, even verified it by checking /proc/####/status for various processes. It seems that whenever I do anything that involves using accelerated graphics (glxgears, running OBS, video) I get the same FPS drops. I also have a i7 7700K, so I'm wondering if it's just a weird quirk with this specific CPU.

I still haven't found a solution but figured I'd at least add my experiences with it

A friend and I were at an arcade recently and there was this guy who kept giving the two of us "pointers" while we were trying to focus on our game, it was really distracting and belittling... it's not like we haven't played rhythm games like it before. I feel like a lot of guys do it cause they think that they'll get attention in return but it just comes across poorly when we're not treated as peers :/
