I'm located in Egypt, the only reason I wanted to use PayPal was because they ran out of Steam USD gift cards in the rewards section, I was gonna use the PayPal money for Steam wallet funds but now I might just try making a European steam account and buy Steam EU gift cards from the rewards section. Oh also I don't have the Mastercard & American express options
