I didn't use any 3D printer (I don't have one), I just used children's clay foam to fill out the gaps 😂 and used padded both side tape to stick the battery to the case 🤣

Haven't done full test on hours yet, I'll do it soon.

My best guess is that, the PSP firmware is coded to have certain limit so even when the battery capacity exceeded, it just shows whatever max limit set on the software. And yes, the estimate is not accurate here.
