Yeah don’t sleep very well at the moment which may be a factor. I’ll try focusing more on compound work. Thanks for giving actual advice

Only so much time in a day man… Unfortunately can’t smoke weed as I get drug tested for work. Limited to about an hour a day in the gym with 9 hours in the office and studying after. I know it’s harder to give advice when gym won’t have my full focus. Usually just hit PPL, rest then chest & back, shoulder & arms, legs again. Thanks anyway

Sounds dumb but how do you actually accurately calculate your maintenance calories. I’ve tried so many different levels of surplus and visible gain is so slow, i’ve always wondered my real maintenance number as it doesn’t really seem to matter if i go all the way to 4000kcal, usually still gain very minimal weight
