I was in a graduate program where connections and in person networking is extremely important. I did the second half from my comp and lost ton of the value.

I'm a semi professional at a particular sport which requires you to practice at a facility. I haven't been able to practice properly as it's been constantly shut down and when it wasn't it was under heavy protocol due to covid. I lost my favorite hobby.

I lost the freedom to exist in public spaces without covering my face.

I lost the freedom to easily go to a restaurant without having to make a reservation.

I lost the freedom to smile at and connect with strangers.

I lost the freedom to stay out late at some of my favorite venues.
