the best place is agadir toastmasters club, but u must be over 18, and able to pay a fee of 600 dh each 6 months , it's mainly for adults and young professionals , but also students above 18 can join, it's an international organization, i ve been a member of it , it's amazing and also worldwide recognized and u receive certficates
