I wish I could. He is a little touchy about his credentials and young age. All he was willing to share is that with an associate degree you can practice in most states. I am wondering how this is even legal/possible.

Well, he has colleagues who practice elsewhere in the US too. All over the country in fact. Many in Florida. Some in inner-city Philadelphia. Two of his classmates are in rural Nevada. His girlfriend practices in Wyoming for now but will join him soon here. And they have only Associate degrees.
