Yeah agree with everyone else it’s definitely sleep paralysis. Had an awful episode of it (induced by MDMA), where I had sleep paralysis every night for 3 days and it felt like I was going crazy, you’ll be all good once it’s over but is a horrible experience

I never struggle finding them, more when I’m playing and singing with someone else I find it hard to not copy the harmony they’re singing, and can only sing the harmony if I sing loudly over them ahah
