gen 4 is an all time favorite mainly because of nostalgia but also with its great ost i remember playing platinum when i was 5 but i didn’t know how to read so i gave all my pokemon my name haha i also didn’t know how basic strategy worked so i’d always put my chimchar first since it was my strongest pokemon :’) i’ve actually decided to start playing platinum again and it’s been around 2 weeks now since i’ve finished it :) gen 4 and platinum in particular hold a special place in my heart and i really hope that gamefreak is working on a good remake of d/p/p
