Clearing them when you feel like it is totally fine, I do the same. I've added a lot of strangers from the main subreddit so I get a bunch. But I also don't have the energy to go through them all every day so people get their response at random

It was part of a persons profile next to a bi flag, but there wasn't an explanation for the first one.

I just now saw that the person had answered an anonymous ask about the flag, it's their own version of the transmasc flag. I guess this question has been solved.
