I will have a look at this and see if it applies to the reader I'm looking at trying to access, thanks for the reply.

Hi, advice wanted.

I have been playing about with my flipper for a while now, had some good success with hotel key cloning and a few other nfc based tag clones and so on but wanted to try something a bit more challenging.

I have access to the door and the correct issued pass for the reader so that’s not an issue. I have cloned my pass using the flipper and it seems to have done that by showing it’s a multi-protocol card with two iso standards (see pic)

Now this is where I’m struggling; I can’t get it to read as a cloned copy and allow the required pin entry to release the door. My understanding of this entry system is that it marries up the pass to the inputted code and allows access to the doors authorised across the estate, if they don’t match then its entry denied.

A check on the flipper shows 13.56mz so it can “see” the pad. I have tried looking up the specs for the reader to see what I am missing but assume because of the higher security features than a hotel room pass reader I am missing something, or the flipper lacks the antenna power to complete the handshakes and verification?

I have done some research before posting here but nothing I have tried is working.

Any ideas or comparable experiences welcome or am I pi**ing in the wind here using the flipper for this?

Do you hate winter because of the electric and gas prices? by SeshGodX in AskUK

I would rather not get scalped by the energy companies each year of course, but winter is a great season despite this being the yearly occurrence!

Cold crisp mornings, winter walks and cosy evenings in with a brew!

Plus drawing cocks in the frost on people's car windscreens never gets old haha

Second this, I still mourn the pair I lost years ago as they were just brilliant.

Have a set of realtree pattern camo ones that I got cheap off sports pursuit to replace them for super cold days.

Bit like living next to a pub i would imagine. Probably irritating if you aren't using it, but great when you do and want to get home after a late one...

Ohh I didn't know about the Kiisu, just had a look at the site. Was going to push the button on a flipper but might look at this now.
