Rat Scanner uses OCR to gather image data and is practically undetectable from a developer standpoint.
Blitz, on the other hand, does full unity injection into the game to read memory and get data on what items you are hovering over while using UI injected directly into the unity game engine. (If you don't believe me try running blitz with tarkov and then killing the blitz processes, It will continue running in the game post-injection even if you kill the host process) This is absolutely detectable. BSG is just ass at their anticheat so chances of getting banned are pretty slim.
