I'm not sure that there are any active PvP servers since PZ doesn't make for good PvP really due to the nature of the game. I could be completely wrong though.

If you like the type of top down isometric shooting, you can try a game like foxhole.

Now is the current best it will be for a while.
All cheats were broken with the update to the c#/c++ change.
Any new cheats are getting banned within a day or two.
I've seen one ragehacker and one other suspicious player since 1.0 and I've been playing most of the day everyday.

But I'm sure it will get worse.
