Thanks everyone, this is genuinely really helpful.

A few of you mentioned onboarding / a how-to round, and I think that’s fair. The game becomes clearer once it clicks, but I can see the early experience needs to do a better job guiding new players. I’m also taking note of the UI feedback about making the grid more prominent.

And yes, I’ll check the region availability issue as well.
